Experience hassle-free, exceptionally efficient screening with our 48" Self-Cleaning Sandwich Screen

Our unique design utilizes gentle vibration and rotating Nylon Sliders or Rubber Balls to automatically prevent mesh blockage, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Key Features:

  • Eliminates manual cleaning: Forget tedious cleaning tasks! Automatic de-blinding ensures consistent performance and increased production uptime.
  • Faster screen changes: Easy access to both mesh layers allows for rapid screen changes in minutes, ideal for frequent production runs or material variations.
  • Reduced costs: Durable, reusable design extends screen life and minimizes replacement costs compared to traditional screens.
  • Customizable de-blinding: Choose between Nylon Sliders, Rubber Balls, or a combination of both ensuring optimal performance for your specific needs.
  • Wide compatibility: Fits most major 48-inch vibratory screeners without requiring a center spacer, simplifying installation.

  • Increased throughput: Process larger volumes of material effortlessly with minimized interruptions due to mesh blockage.
  • Enhanced product quality: Achieve consistent, precise separations thanks to optimal mesh performance.
  • Reduced labor costs: Eliminate time-consuming manual cleaning, freeing up valuable labor for other tasks.
  • Improved hygiene: Enclosed design promotes cleaner operations and reduces product contamination risks.
  • Cost-effective solution: Epoxy-bonded mesh sandwich screens can be returned and re-screened often many times before the sliders, balls, and support mesh need to be replaced, which is significantly less costly than purchasing new screens.

*Note that for 48” screens, your determination on whether or not a center hole or spacer is needed should be based on the material load on the screen. If excessive weight will be present on the screen, the top mesh may deflect and “pinch’ the sliders and balls which will severely limit their effectiveness and result in premature screen wear. The only downside to having a center spacer or center spacer with a hole is a reduction in the screening surface area*
