How quickly do replacement screens ship?

Standard replacement screens in common sizes typically ship within 1 to 3 business days from Houston, Texas. Custom specifications and specialty mesh sizes may require 5 to 10 business days. Rush orders are available for urgent needs.

How quickly do screener units ship?

Complete screener units (SiftPro, SiftPro 48, SiftPro 60) are built to order and typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks depending on configuration. Some standard configurations may be available sooner. Contact us for current lead times.

Does ScreenerKing ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide via freight forwarder or international carrier. Shipping costs, duties, and import taxes vary by destination and are the buyer's responsibility. Contact us for an international shipping quote.

What shipping methods does ScreenerKing use?

Screens and small parts ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Large orders and screener units ship via LTL freight. We can ship to your carrier account if you provide your account number. Expedited shipping is available.

What payment methods does ScreenerKing accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), company checks, wire transfers, and purchase orders from approved accounts. Net-30 terms are available for qualified businesses.

Can I set up a Net-30 account?

Yes. Contact our sales team with your company information, a credit application, two trade references, and a bank reference. Approval typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Does ScreenerKing offer?

Can I set up a recurring screen order?

Yes. We offer scheduled recurring orders on monthly, quarterly, or custom delivery schedules. Recurring orders receive preferential pricing and priority production scheduling, ensuring screens arrive before you need them.

How do I request a quote?

Visit our quote page and provide your screener brand, model, screen size, mesh size, material grade, and quantity. You can also email sales@screenerking.com or call us. We typically respond within 2 hours during business hours.

What is ScreenerKing's return policy?

Unused screens in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Custom-manufactured screens are non-returnable. Defective screens are replaced at no charge. Contact us before returning any product for a return authorization number.

What if I receive the wrong screen or a defective screen?

Contact us immediately. Wrong screens are replaced at no charge with return shipping paid by ScreenerKing. Defective screens are replaced at no charge. We stand behind every screen we manufacture.

Can I order sample screens before a large order?

Yes. We encourage new customers to order one or two samples to verify fit, quality, and performance. There is no minimum order quantity, so you can evaluate a single screen before committing to volume.

Does ScreenerKing provide material certifications?

Yes. Mill certificates (material test reports) verifying the chemical composition and grade of stainless steel wire cloth are available upon request for 304 SS, 316 SS, and T-430 screens at no additional charge.

Can I get a certificate of conformance with my order?

Yes. Certificates of conformance (CoC) documenting that screens meet your specified requirements are available at no charge. CoCs are standard for pharmaceutical and food-grade orders. Request a CoC when placing your order.

Where is ScreenerKing located?

ScreenerKing is located in Houston, Texas. All screens and screener units are manufactured at our Houston facility. Our central U.S. location provides efficient ground shipping to the entire continental United States.

Does ScreenerKing offer emergency or rush orders?
