Yes, our round vibratory screens are designed to fit industry-standard round screeners manufactured by major and niche North American companies.
Turnaround time depends on the type and quantity of round screens ordered and our current production schedule. Typically, round screens are built within 5-7 business days. Expedited production may be available; please contact us if your order is urgent.
Round screens ship from the East Coast and are classified as either parcels or freight:
- Parcel shipping applies to 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, and 40” screens.
- Freight shipping applies to 48” and 60” screens. Freight costs decrease significantly when ordering multiple large screens, as they can be stacked on a pallet.
Look for numbers stamped onto a metal plate embedded in the epoxy or engraved along the screen's edge or center. Share these details with us, and we’ll help you identify the correct mesh size.
The mesh number indicates the number of openings per linear inch, but the opening size also depends on the wire's thickness. Refer to our mesh chart or contact us for personalized assistance.
Our standard round screens are made with 304 Stainless Steel mesh. We also offer 316 Stainless, T430 Stainless, and High Carbon options. Contact us for details on availability and pricing.
Epoxy is applied and cured while the mesh is tensioned. Although protruding mesh is trimmed and smoothed, small imperfections may remain. Encapsulation adds a secondary epoxy layer to seal these imperfections. Please consult your Quality Manager to determine if encapsulation is required for your specific process.
