What Are ScreenerKing's Shipping Policies?

Replacement Screen Shipping

Replacement screens ship at calculated rates based on screen diameter, quantity, and destination. Larger screens (48" and 60") require freight shipping due to their size. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order, so there are no surprises.

Complete Screener Unit Shipping

Complete vibratory screener units are shipped via freight carrier from our Houston, Texas facility. Freight charges are calculated based on the unit model, destination, and any special delivery requirements (liftgate, inside delivery, etc.). Contact us for a freight quote if you need an estimate before placing an order.

Processing times begin after order confirmation and payment. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on business days are typically processed the same day (for in-stock items).

Expedited Shipping

We understand that screening downtime costs money and will do everything we can to get you running again as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

ScreenerKing ships internationally. International shipping rates are quoted on a per-order basis due to the variability of international destinations, package sizes, and customs requirements. Contact us for an international shipping quote. Please note that customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.

What Is ScreenerKing's Return Policy?

Return Eligibility

ScreenerKing accepts returns on products that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is unused and undamaged, in its original packaging
  • The product is a standard catalog item (not a custom-manufactured screen or special-order product)
  • The return has been authorized in advance by ScreenerKing (see process below)

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-manufactured screens -- Screens produced to non-standard specifications, custom mesh sizes, or custom dimensions are final sale and cannot be returned unless they fail to meet the specifications documented on your order confirmation.
  • Used or installed products -- Any product that has been installed, used, or shows signs of use is not eligible for return.
  • Products without return authorization -- Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

How Do I Initiate a Return?

  1. Contact us. Email or call our team at (866) 265-1575 with your order number and the reason for the return. You can also use our Contact Us form.
  2. Receive authorization. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the product. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided with your RMA. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a ScreenerKing error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
  4. Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items that are not the result of a ScreenerKing error. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and re-inventorying the returned product.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please take the following steps:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing for the shipment, if applicable.
  2. Photograph the damage to the packaging and product before unpacking further.
  3. Contact ScreenerKing immediately at (866) 265-1575 or through our contact page with your order number and photos. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Do not discard damaged packaging or products until the claim has been resolved, as the carrier may need to inspect them.

What If I Received the Wrong Item?

If we shipped the wrong product, we will correct the error at no cost to you. Contact us with your order number and details about the discrepancy. We will ship the correct item immediately and arrange for the return of the incorrect product with a prepaid shipping label.
