Our Spray Bar is a custom-built stainless steel wash ring that mounts to the top of your round vibratory separator and rinses the screen while the machine runs. Adjustable nozzles direct water across the mesh to keep stubborn oversize moving toward the discharge, wash fines through the screen during classification, and pre-clean the deck at the end of a batch so there is far less to tear down and scrub. Each unit is fabricated to your machine diameter and your process, making it a practical answer for sanitary operations that wash between products and for wet screening applications.
