Specs We Build To
When you request a custom screen, the more of these you can send, the faster we can quote:
- Outside diameter (OD) and inside diameter (ID) if applicable
- Depth or height of the frame
- Mesh count (e.g., 40 mesh) or microns
- Mesh type — stainless steel, nylon, polyester, market grade, mill grade, etc.
- Frame material — tube steel, U-bind, perforated plate, aluminum
- Bonding method — epoxy, tension, etc.
